At this point it’s safe to assume that most people are aware that getting a full night’s sleep is vital to your health, wellbeing and productivity; there are plenty of studies out there. The CDC reported that one in three adults don’t get the recommended minimum of seven hours of sleep per night. If you’re one of those that are now working from home, why not replace your morning commute with the extra sleep your body and mind needs?
