Charles S. “Chick” Ciccolella, is the President of CSC Group, LLC, a service-disabled, veterans-owned firm that services government and non-government entities on programs operated by the federal government related to veterans employment, and work force development. Chick is a former Assistant Secretary for Veterans Employment and Training at the U.S. Department of Labor, where he helped veterans transition from the military to civilian jobs.

Emily King is a nationally recognized expert on the transition from military service to civilian employment. With more than a decade of hands-on experience, she works with civilian organizations that want to attract and retain top military talent. She is the author of the audio course, "Military Transition™", published by King Street Associates, LLC.

Mark Miner serves on the St. Johns County, Fla., Board of County Commissioners and is serving his second deployment in Iraq. He was elected to the board in August 2008 and assumed office representing District 3 on Nov. 17, 2008. Prior to his election, Mark was a manager with CSX Transportation, where he helped create and manage CSX’s Military & Diversity Recruiting Program.

William Offutt is Managing Director of Military Recruiting Consultants. From 2003-2009, he served as Executive Director of the National Hire Vets First campaign in the office of the Assistant Secretary, Veterans’ Employment and Training (VETS) at the U.S. Department of Labor. During this time he also served as Executive Director of the President’s National Hire Veterans Committee. Offutt served with distinction in Vietnam.
