Nov. 11 is a day that honors and celebrates the service of all U.S. military veterans. And even though every day should be Veterans Day — not just Nov. 11 — we want to make sure you know about some of the cool stuff out there you can get a discount on, or for free! With that, we thought we’d do something different this year. So I put together a whole bunch of the most random Veterans Day discounts — because who doesn’t love random?
Before we get into it, here are some things to keep in mind before you leave the house!
- Take proof of military service with you.
- Review the official site and rules before heading out. Many websites are listing previous years’ promotions that are no longer valid. 🙁
- Pay attention to dates on offers — you might not have to run around like a crazy person on Friday because sometimes those discounts are offered the entire month. Wahhoo!
- Some of these promotions might include small print with a “participating locations only” because individual franchises may choose not to participate—which, by the way, who does that? *rolls eyes*
