Eric Brew is an accomplished senior military professional with over 24 years of comprehensive and demonstrated leadership experience in recognizing the value of human capital, cross-functional team management, and building cultures that encourage empowerment and the will to thrive. He couples the many lessons and skills his time in the military has provided him with an understanding of empowering people and placing them in positions to make both themselves and the organization successful and effective.
Today, Eric is the Manager of Military Engagement at ACP. Eric’s passion is to serve and honor transitioning service members, veterans, and their families by investing in them and assisting them in building meaningful lives through connections to fulfilling careers and to proactively strengthening the veteran community through, example, leadership, and collaboration.
Eric is an Army veteran.

Michael Ross is currently the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development for General Dynamics – Bath Iron Works. In this role Mike is responsible for the daily management and strategic execution for the National recruitment programs for GDBIW. Mike has been with General Dynamics for more than 10 years in multiple capacities. He has been a featured presenter at many different national venues, including JMG (jobs for Maine graduates), SWE (Society of Women Engineers), SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers), EACE (Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers), NEACEFE (New England Assoc. Continuing Ed. & Field Exp.) among many other industry specific venues and campuses locally/nationally.
