Kendy Rusiewski is a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at Deloitte based in Mclean, Virginia. Her corporate recruiting experience within government and commercial consulting spans over 23 years, with 15 years at Deloitte and 5 years with Booz Allen Hamilton.
In September 2022, she was appointed to lead US Experienced hire team of Deloitte Tax LLP, a practice of 16,000 skilled tax professionals. In this role, she overseas designing and implementing recruiting strategies while developing recruiting professionals into their full career potential. Kendy has held several positions at Deloitte. She served as the Advisory Government Public Services (GPS) Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition Lead for 7 years where she grew the practice headcount 15% Year Over Year. She joined Deloitte four years after Government Public Services (GPS) Consulting LLP practice inception as one of the first Federal Practice Recruiters. During her Deloitte tenure, her pride and joy was co-leading the implementation of Deloitte’s Hiring Our Hero’s and Neurodiversity at Deloitte programs.

Scott rejoined BGIS in May 2021 after a two-year stint working within Washington state government as the Regional Director for Workforce Development at the Employment Security Department. Scott is a former Marine who served the infantry in Somalia, Bosnia and Haiti back in the early to mid 90s. He has a passion for helping fellow veterans – from serving on boards and the development of training programs to mentoring through the Hire America’s Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program and Veterati. One of Scott’s many proud accomplishments with BGIS was increasing the numbers of the military veterans/spouses in their workforce: In 2016 about 18% of the workforce was veterans/spouses and today over 30% in the critical environments is composed of veterans/spouses.
