His career in recruiting and human resources spans nearly 20 years in the corporate world. He is a 20-year veteran of the US Air Force. Keith is also a professional photographer and has completed 11 marathons.

Kendy is accomplished and highly specialized in designing and implementing competitive recruiting solutions and strategies. Scott rejoined BGIS in May 2021 after a two-year stint working within Washington state government as the Regional Director for Workforce Development at the Employment Security Department. Scott is a former Marine who served the infantry in Somalia, Bosnia and Haiti back in the early to mid 90s. He has a passion for helping fellow veterans – from serving on boards and the development of training programs to mentoring through the Hire America’s Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program and Veterati. One of Scott’s many proud accomplishments with BGIS was increasing the numbers of the military veterans/spouses in their workforce: In 2016 about 18% of the workforce was veterans/spouses and today over 30% in the critical environments is composed of veterans/spouses.

Brian Prather

Brian Prather is a US Army veteran and former Sergeant First Class with 10 years of service. He spent the last eight years in recruiting, initially for full life cycle at staffing agencies, followed by internal recruiting at Facebook and Nike. Brian is currently a leadership researcher for Leadership Talent Acquisition at Netflix and continuing his efforts supporting the veteran community. Over the last four years Brian has volunteered, partnered with and led a myriad of recruiting conferences, events, sourcing sprints, guest panel speaker sessions, and taught masterclasses teaching recruiters how to improve recruiting for vets. He is a sponsored mentor on Veterati, and a K.E.Y. Partnership mentor helping transitioning veterans find their next career in engineering, design and recruiting.

Keith Cassant

After 22 years in the US Army, Keith had a relatively tumultuous transition. This gave him an intense appreciation for the transition mentorship community and a deep desire to give back to the community. By day, he provides management and program analysis to leaders within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. By later day, he provides transitioning veterans with assistance and services such as VA claims, finding passions, seeking employment (e.g. networking, resumes, interviewing, and job negotiations) and skills military professionals in transition need. Keith’s goal is helping veterans transition smoothly and effectively with maximum efficiency and impact.

Leslie Coffey
