Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of building, maintaining, and enhancing strategic relationships with Veteran Service Organizations (VSOs), Cassie Hart is a tenured employee of Wells Fargo with a passion and dedication in delivering top notch recruiting expertise within Talent Acquisition. Cassie began her career with Wells Fargo 13 years ago as a Personal Banker and soon after found her calling in Human Resources where she spent six years as recruiter before bringing her talent to the Military Talent Strategic Sourcing team. In addition to VSO relationship management, Cassie manages the Wells Fargo Base Relationship Strategy, the national military partnerships, all military related events and provides guidance on all military and veteran marketing as well as the hiring strategy to ensure operational process and brand integrity.
