Noon – 5 p.m. is a combo of personal training, admin work (accounting, marketing, operations, etc.) then I run our various classes from 5-8 p.m.

What was the process like getting started?

The process was simple, but it took a long time in my case. I was off active-duty serving in the reserves and in the process of opening when I was recalled to active-duty in the Middle East for a year.
