About United States Sports Academy
The United States Sports Academy is an independent, non-profit, regionally accredited, sports-centered university created to meet the growing need of properly trained and educated sports professionals. Its role is to prepare men and women for careers in the various areas of the sports profession. Undergraduate majors are Sports Management, Sports Coaching, Sports Studies, and Sports Strength and Conditioning. At the graduate level, majors are Sports Management, Recreation Management, Sports Coaching, Sports Health and Fitness, and Sports Studies. The Doctor of Education in Sports Management offers specializations in Sports Leadership, Sports Marketing, and HRM in Sports.
Why Attend United States Sports Academy
Military members automatically receive a two-week extension on any of the courses in which they are enrolled, giving the members 18 weeks for each course of instruction. The Academy is also a participant in the Post 9/11 GI Bill ÌÕYellow Ribbon Program,ÌÒ and is committed to providing unique educational opportunities to members of the Armed Forces and their Reserve and Guard components. Teaching in a virtual, self-paced, asynchronous learning environment means the flexibility needed by military members is a core component of the AcademyÌ¥s educational regimen. Additionally, there is no residency requirement.
